What is Brand Architecture?July 14, 2021
Brand architecture describes the way sub brands sit in relation to the parent brand within the broader organisation, their relationship to one and other and are used together.
As one of the largest tier-one plasterboard contractors nationally TM Linings’ needed a digital strategy and supporting digital properties to engage new and existing customers.
As part of this process, IMA facilitated a strategic marketing workshop with the business. Going through the Discovery process allowed for Marketing to be put right at the centre of the business – ensuring that any actions off the back of it were married back to those key priorities.
With the business continuing to rapidly expand its footprint, a digital strategy including a new website, social media direction and thought leadership were key pieces in TM Linings’ communicating its value proposition to the market.
With an impressive client list of tier one builders, the strategy enabled TM Linings to amplify the value they’re providing their partners. The new website also allowed them a platform to promote their growing service offers in repairs, commercial building and strata.
The website process included the user experience design, user interface design and backend development.
“We love what IMA are doing for our business. It’s helping us set the standard and lead the way in our industry”
Michael Lavorato, Managing Director
