Sales promotion engaging Lysaght account customers and distributors

Lysaght asked IMA to develop a program to create a level of engagement with its regular account customers and distributors.

We developed the “Lysaght Buy and Win” campaign – a 12 weeks sales promotion that rewarded purchases across a broad range of categories with the opportunity to win weekly, monthly, and major prizes.

Themed around the interests of the customer audience IMA undertook:

  • Campaign concept development and theming
  • Competition terms and conditions, trade licenses and prize draws
  • Campaign support materials including posters, flyers, eDM’s and other materials
  • Prize sourcing and delivery

The promotion resulted in a high level of customer and employee engagement and resulted in improved sales results across a range of product categories.
