Brand architecture describes the way sub brands sit in relation to the parent brand within the broader organisation, their relationship to one and other and are used together.
IMA created a campaign for Toyota Group Companies which was designed to offer the earthmoving industry a complete Toyota solution through the development of a packaged deal involving three Toyota divisions – Materials Handling, Trucks, and Finance.
The campaign commenced with research within the target segments for this package offer. We then sourced databases, sent a direct mail piece, and followed up with a telemarketing campaign to over 20,000 potential customers.
The genuine leads received from our work ensured a massive spike in activity for all three Toyota divisions and resulted in numerous, immediate sales of the package.
